Established in 2022, the SSO Women in Cancer Surgery (WICS) Committee has developed a framework for addressing the personal and professional needs of female cancer surgeons, utilizing a variety of initiatives and delivery methods including events, podcasts, on-demand content, online resources, communities, book club and more.
